Top 9 Most Exhausting Sports in the World

If you are planning to improve your endurance, you may want to know what are the  top 9 most exhausting sports in the world. Well, don’t go forward, as you are at the right place! Insider Monkey have come up with a great list recently that shows you the most demanding sports.

I pursued several demanding sports earlier, at first handball, then jiu-jitsu, judo and karate. I must confess that jiu-jitsu and judo were the most exhausting ones ever. We had extremely tough trainings three times a week, therefore it was a little bit surprising for me that martial arts got only the eighth place on this list. When we did kumite the rounds lasted for three minutes, like in boxing, and these three minutes were tha toughest periods during the whole training.
There are many sports that require outstanding endurance, and strength but now the sports are ranked by the calories you burn while doing it. Alongiside the physical stress on the body these sports require advanced planning or studying the opponent(s), tactics, flexibility, speed and many other skills.
The main point when we choose a sport is our personal preferences of course. For example golf is a great sport, but it’s not so demanding as soccer. Most of the sports you can see on this list are olympic sports as well, therefore we know quite a lot about them. But did you know how many calories you burn while doing them?
If not, come with us, and check out the list of the top 9 most exhausting sports in the world.
